Refund policies are determined by individual event organisers. ForeverTickets will facilitate refunds as instructed by the organiser. In the event of a cancellation by the organiser, full refunds will be processed.

ForeverTickets charges a booking fee on ticket sales. The fee percentage is displayed transparently during checkout. Organisers may have custom fee arrangements.
